By using hitgadgets.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Hit Gadgets sells tech gadgets to customers in Pakistan.

1. Products and prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We try to keep descriptions, photos and prices accurate, but mistakes can happen. If a price or description is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund any payment you made. Colors may look slightly different on your screen.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it, which may be by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the address cannot be reached or we cannot verify the order.

3. Payment

We accept cash on delivery (COD), Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer. For wallet or bank payments, your order is processed after we confirm the payment. For COD, please pay the courier the full amount when the parcel arrives.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through courier partners. Delivery usually takes [3 to 7] working days, depending on your city. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please give a correct address and an active phone number.

5. Checking your parcel

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or the wrong item, contact us right away with photos so we can help.

6. Returns and refunds

You can request a return within [7] days of delivery if the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories. We do not accept returns for items damaged by misuse. Approved refunds are sent to the method you paid with, or exchanged for a replacement if you prefer, within [7 to 10] working days.

7. Warranty

Items that come with a warranty are covered as stated on the product page or by the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage or misuse. Please keep your order number as proof of purchase.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity on your account. Please give accurate information.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt to hack it or place false orders. We may block accounts that do.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Hit Gadgets is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the courts of [your city], Pakistan.
